Experiment with meditation using your copper Yantra pyramid. Place it in front of you with crystals or rest it on your lap. Connect with your body and feel the energy of the pyramid flowing through your body.

A stone carving discovered in Ecuador, dating back 10-12,000 years, shows a figure sitting cross-legged and holding the base of a small pyramid with his right hand, while his left palm hovers slightly above the top of the pyramid. Try this, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you can access deeper states of meditation.

Yantra Pyramids are amplifiers, magnifying energy. Take a piece of paper and write down an intention, prayer, or wish.

Then, place the folded paper on the Shri Yantra inside the copper pyramid to allow its manifestation to be amplified and accelerated.

It helps to focus a few times a day on what you’ve written, but remember to say or write on the paper ‘Not my will but Thy will be done’.

Send light and positive vibrations to any situation or living soul.

CHAKRA
To harmonize your energy physically, lie flat down on your back and place the base of the Shri Yantra on a Chakra point or any area of your body that needs attention. When you lie on top of it, make sure the design side is touching your body or clothes.

Then place the copper pyramid on the front of your body directly above the Sri Yantra for 15-30 minutes. This allows revitalizing vibrations to flow through your body and balance your energy centers.

AURA
Another way is to hold the Yantra Pyramid nearby or on your lap. This strengthens your aura, provides protection, improves your focus, and increases your energy level.

You can also sit on the wooden base and position the pyramid on top of your head. I understand that this might feel silly, but it’s a highly effective way for allowing energy to flow through your body, correcting and directing any distortions.
