To harmonize your energy physically, lie flat down on your back and place the base of the Shri Yantra on a Chakra point or any area of your body that needs attention. When you lie on top of it, make sure the design side is touching your body or clothes.
Then place the copper pyramid on the front of your body directly above the Sri Yantra for 15-30 minutes. This allows revitalizing vibrations to flow through your body and balance your energy centers.

You can also sit on the wooden base and position the pyramid on top of your head. I understand that this might feel silly, but it’s a highly effective way for allowing energy to flow through your body, correcting and directing any distortions.
Experiment with meditation using your copper Yantra pyramid. Place it in front of you with crystals or rest it on your lap. Connect with your body and feel the energy of the pyramid flowing through your body.
